High Pressure water Jetting
Van mounted equipment used in 100mm-225mm diameter pipes. Our van packs are capable of cleaning a 225mm pipe. Operating at 4000psi delivering 90lpm, 100 meter lengths of up to 300mm can be worked in. (CIPP) Pipe Lining
Using our no-dig technology, we can renew pipe lining and return it to a better-than-new condition at a fraction of the price. Pipe lining is a drain repair technique which works by installing a new sleeve inside an existing damaged drain. Using CCTV Survey equipment, our Crews locate and identify faults in Drainage. Once these issues have been diagnosed, we can then advise you on how to repair the issue both efficiently and cost-effectively. We usually recommend our relining services over the need to dig trenches, as this saves our customers time, money and inconvenience.
Cutting & Cleaning
Picote Milling Machines are designed with safety and efficiency in mind, to work with a comprehensive range of tools for small diameter drain renovation from DN32 - DN300 / 30mm - 300mm pipes. For fast and efficient drain cleaning including soft blockages, scale & calcium build-up and tree roots, as well as concrete, lead deposits, failed gaskets, Re-rounding pitch fibre & imperfections in the pipe.
Cutting and Removal
The solid solution for milling work in house connection lines from DN 80 to DN 250: MICRO light. The integrated colour camera with LED lighting is constantly cleaned with air. In addition, the house connection cutter can also reach places that are difficult to access thanks to the 400° rotary and 90° swivel movement with stops and the excellent bendability of 90° in DN 100.
The robust milling robot DRIVE makes it possible to remove deposits from small main sewers and collectors DN 150 to DN 400 and to open inlets after liner rehabilitation. The integrated colour camera with LED lighting guarantees excellent control and offers an optimal view of the milling site. The electrically driven carriage with rotating and swivelling milling arm also ensures fast and efficient work.

We offer a Drain Survey service using our CCTV drain inspection equipment. This allows us to look at the condition of the pipe work and give you an acurate diagnosis of any problem and provide a one-off fixed price quotation detailing our plan of action.
